What we collect when you join the pilot, what we do with your plans, who processes them, and how to have it deleted.

Who we are

Bolteniq is a product of HardyCommerce Group LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. This policy covers the drainage pilot and the bolteniq.com pages about it.

What we collect

  • Your contact details, from the pilot form or your email: firm, name, work email, and a permit number if you give one.
  • Plan sets. In the pilot we pull one of your approved site plans from the City of Austin's AB+C portal, where the City publishes it as a public record. You do not upload anything.
  • What we make from a plan: the plan PDF, the values the software reads from it, the values a person confirms, the findings and the pre-check report.
  • If your firm gets a login to the app: your email, your name and a hash of your password (never the password itself), and sign-in records.

How we use it

To run the pilot, send you what it flags and talk with you about it. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

Who processes plan content

To read the sheets, plan content goes to AI models from Anthropic and OpenAI, and to a model run by US hosts that keep no data, all but Anthropic reached through OpenRouter. Under their published terms, as we read them in October 2026, none of them train on it, and Anthropic and OpenAI may keep requests up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.

We do not train AI models on firms' plans.

Where it is kept

The app and its files sit on a server in the US. This website and the pilot form are hosted by Netlify, which receives what you type into the form and passes it to us. The pages load their fonts from Google Fonts.

How long we keep it

  • We keep pilot files as long as we need them for the pilot and to test the software. We delete your firm's files and contact details when you ask.
  • Plans pulled from AB+C are public records; we may keep them to test and improve the checks.

Cookies

These pages set no cookies and run no analytics.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to hello@bolteniq.com. We answer within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
